In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC QC, Governor of New South Wales, and Mr Dennis Wilson attended a breakfast meeting with Cr Mark Johnson, Mayor of Moree Plains Shire Council, and Mr Lester Rodgers, General Manager, at Café 61 Balo, Moree.

Afterwards, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Wilson, officially opened the Warialda High Productivity By-Pass, at Gwydir Highway, Warialda.

Thereafter, Her Excellency and Mr Wilson attended lunch with Councillors from Gwydir Shire, the Honourable Adam Marshall MP, and the Honourable Mark Coulton MP.

In the afternoon, Her Excellency and Mr Wilson visited Warialda High School and the Gwydir Learning Region Trade Training Centre, at Warialda High School, Warialda.

Afterwards, the Governor and Mr Wilson, attended the Warialda Show at the Warialda Showgrounds, Warialda.

In the evening, Her Excellency and Mr Wilson attended a meeting with the Moree Special Activation Precinct Team, at the Moree Dhiiyaan Aboriginal Centre, Moree.
