In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC QC, Governor of New South Wales, presided at a meeting of the Executive Council at Government House.
Afterwards, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Dennis Wilson, received His Excellency Mr Nguyen Tat Thanh, Ambassador of Vietnam, accompanied by Madame Nguyen Tu Huyen, and Dr Nguyen Dang Thang, Consul-General of Vietnam, at Government House.
Later, Her Excellency and Mr Wilson hosted a Farewell Morning Tea for Volunteer Guides at Government House.
In the evening, the Governor, as Patron, and Mr Wilson, hosted a Reception for the 60th Anniversary of Vasey Communities, at Government House. For more information, see: vasey.com.au.
