In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC QC, Governor of New South Wales, and Mr Dennis Wilson received His Excellency Mr Amir Maimon, Ambassador of Israel to Australia, accompanied by Mrs Tal Maimon, at Government House.

Afterwards, the Governor and Mr Wilson received Mr Khandker Masudul Alam, Consul-General of Bangladesh, and Professor Rabeya Sultana for their farewell call at Government House.

In the evening, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Wilson, presided at the Swearing-in of the Honourable Justice JK Ward as Administrator of the Government of the State of New South Wales, at Government House.
