In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AO QC, Governor of New South Wales, presided at a meeting of the Executive Council, at Government House.

 Afterwards, the Governor received Ms Sarah Neill, State Commissioner, and Ms Helen White, Chief Executive Officer, Girl Guides NSW & ACT.

 Later, Her Excellency received Mr Robert Ryan OAM, President of the Royal Agricultural Society of New South Wales.
