In the afternoon, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AO QC, Governor of New South Wales, attended the lecture ‘Redress: One Year On’, at Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers, Sydney.

In the evening, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Wilson, attended a Farewell Reception for Mr Keizo Takewaka, Consul-General of Japan, and Mrs Miyuki Takewaka, at Bellevue Hill.
