In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, received Commissioner the Honourable Peter McClellan AM KC, accompanied by Ms Amber Doyle, Special Counsel, for the delivery of the Final Report of the Special Commission of Inquiry in the circumstances of offending by former Corrections Officer Wayne Astill.

Later in the morning, the Governor received Mr Muhammad Ashraf, Consul-General of Pakistan, for a Farewell Courtesy Call at Government House.

In the evening, Her Excellency and Mr Dennis Wilson hosted a Dinner for Honorary Aides-de-Camp, at Government House, Sydney.
