In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, and Mr Dennis Wilson travelled to the Riverina for a regional visit.

Later in the morning, the Governor and Mr Wilson met with Cr Doug Curran, Mayor, Cr Glen Andreazza, Deputy Mayor, members of the Griffith City Council, and the senior management team, at Council Chambers.

In the afternoon, Her Excellency and Mr Wilson visited the Linking Communities Network, the lead agency for homelessness and domestic violence services in the region.

Later in the afternoon, in Griffith, the Vice-Regal couple inspected the factory of global technology manufacturer FlavourTech and then visited Aquna Sustainable Murray Cod, viewing the juvenile nursery and processing facility.
