In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, officially opened Grace’s Place, a facility managed by The Homicide Victims' Support Group, in Doonside.

In the afternoon, the Governor visited SydWest Multicultural Services, in Blacktown.

In the evening, Her Excellency delivered opening remarks at the Clare Foley Women in Business Networking Event, hosted by the Consulate-General of Ireland, at the State Library.
