In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, presided at a meeting of the Executive Council, at Government House.

Afterwards, and throughout the day, the Governor, as Chair of the NSW Rhodes Scholarship Selection Committee, interviewed candidates for the 2024 Rhodes Scholarship, at Government House.
