In the morning, His Honour the Honourable Andrew Bell, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, as Administrator of the Government of the State of New South Wales, presided at a meeting of the Executive Council, at Government House.

Following this, the Administrator received Mr Bruce McClintock SC, who tendered his Inquiry Report.
