In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC QC, Governor of New South Wales and Mr Dennis Wilson visited St Ignatius Parish School, Bourke, where they met students, parents and staff at the school’s Breakfast Club, before joining the school for morning assembly.

Afterwards, the Governor and Mr Wilson, as Patrons, attended the 50th Annual State Conference of The Isolated Children’s Parents’ Association at Full Gospel Family Fellowship Church, Bourke, where the Governor delivered an address, before unveiling a commemorative plaque and meeting with members of the Association. Also, in the morning, the Honourable Justice Andrew Bell, as Chief Justice, presided at a meeting of the Executive Council as the Governor’s Deputy, at Government House.
