In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, presided at a meeting of the Executive Council, at Government House.

Later in the morning, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Dennis Wilson, spoke to high school students at bstreetsmart 2023, a road safety education event, at Qudos Bank Arena, Sydney Olympic Park.

In the afternoon, Her Excellency, accompanied by Mr Wilson, delivered the 2023 Forbes Lecture, hosted by the Francis Forbes Society for Australian Legal History, at the Banco Court, Sydney.

In the evening, the Governor and Mr Wilson, attended the 2023 Australian Museum Eureka Prizes Award Ceremony, at the Australian Museum, Sydney.
