In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC QC, Governor of New South Wales, presided at a meeting of the Executive Council.

Later in the morning, the Governor received Mr Luciano da Conceicao, Consul-General of Timor-Leste, accompanied by Ms Sonia Maia, First Secretary, for a Farewell Courtesy Call, at Government House.

Afterwards, Her Excellency received Mr Md Shakhawat Hossain, Consul-General of Bangladesh, accompanied by Md Ashfaq Hussain, Consul and Head of Chancery, at Government House.

In the afternoon, Her Excellency presided at a meeting of the Executive Council.

In the evening, the Governor attended an informal gathering of Female Consuls-General, at the Consulate General of the Czech Republic, in Dover Heights.

Later in the evening, Her Excellency attended the Sydney Theatre Company Performance of Top Coat, at the Wharf 1 Theatre, Walsh Bay.
