In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC QC, Governor of New South Wales, and Mr Dennis Wilson commenced a regional visit to Wagga Wagga, Tumut, and Gundagai, beginning with a meeting with the Wagga Wagga City Council and launch of the ‘Enlighten for Equity’ sculptures in the Wagga Beach Riverside Precinct.

In the afternoon, the Governor and Mr Wilson visited Charles Sturt University and the Pro Patria Centre, before viewing the Winter Exhibitions and National Art Glass Collection at the Wagga Wagga Art Gallery. 

In the evening, Her Excellency, as Patron, and Mr Wilson attended the Australian Brandenburg Orchestra’s performance of ‘Baroque Fusions’, at the Wagga Wagga Civic Theatre. For further information, visit: brandenburg.com.au
