During the day, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC QC, Governor of New South Wales, and Mr Dennis Wilson hosted a range of virtual meetings with community members of the Central West Region of New South Wales.

In the morning, the Governor and Mr Wilson received, in the context of a video link, Ms Sharon Hawker, Principal, Mrs Lauren Pengilly, Assistant Principal, and School Captains Lacey Duguid and Noah Hammer, from Canowindra Public School.

In the afternoon, Her Excellency and Mr Wilson received Mr George Carney, Farm Supervisor; Mr Gordon Refshauge, Livestock Research Officer and Mr Matt Newell, Dr Benjamin Holman and Dr Steph Fowler, Research Scientists, from the Cowra Research and Advisory Station, Department of Primary Industries.

Later in the afternoon, the Governor received Mr Sam Statham, General Manager, and Mr Richard Statham and Mrs Florence Statham, Owners of Rosnay Organic Wines in Canowindra, via video link.
