In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AO QC, Governor of New South Wales, accompanied by Mr Dennis Wilson, presided at an Australian Citizenship Ceremony on Australian Citizenship Day, at the Conservatorium of Music.

In the afternoon, the Governor and Mr Wilson received His Excellency Dr Ajay Gondane, High Commissioner for India, and Mrs Varsha Gondane, accompanied by the Consul-General and Consul of India.

In the evening, Her Excellency and Mr Wilson hosted a Conference Reception for the 14^th World Congress on Inflammation, at Government House.
