In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC QC, Governor of New South Wales, received Ms Zoë Robinson, Advocate for Children and Young People, in a virtual meeting facilitated by Government House.

Later in the morning, the Governor received Mr Paul Baxter, Commissioner of Fire and Rescue NSW, via video link.

In the afternoon, Her Excellency received Ms Hana Flanderová, Consul-General of the Czech Republic, for a farewell courtesy call, conducted online.

In the evening, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Dennis Wilson, delivered the 2021 Mahla Pearlman Oration in the context of a virtual event hosted by The Legal Practice Section of the Law Council of Australia and the Environment and Planning Law Association of New South Wales.
