In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, met with Ms Maryam Zahid, Chief Executive Officer of Afghan Women on the Move, and interacted with Board Members and clients, at the Whitlam Leisure Centre in Liverpool.

Later in the morning, the Governor visited Al-Faisal College in Auburn, and engaged with staff and students before delivering an address in the Grand Hall.

In the afternoon, Her Excellency visited the Granville Centre Art Gallery and viewed the Out of Order Exhibition, which explores the complexities of the lived experience of people with disability and/or chronic illness. 

In the evening, the Governor delivered the keynote address at the Diverse Women in the Law Storytelling and Cultural Showcase Event, at 107 Projects in Zetland.
