In the afternoon, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, hosted Jazz@theHouse, featuring the Royal Australian Air Force Band, at Government House.

Following this, the Governor attended the Round 12 Suncorp Super Netball League match between the NSW Swifts and the Giants, at the Ken Rosewall Arena, Homebush.
