In the morning, His Excellency the Honourable Andrew Bell, Lieutenant-Governor of New South Wales, delivered an address and laid the first wreath at the National Police Remembrance Day Ceremony, at the NSW Police Wall of Remembrance, in the Domain, Sydney.
