In the evening, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, as Official Guest of the Royal Australian Navy, accompanied by Mr Dennis Wilson, attended the Opening Ceremony of Exercise Talisman Sabre 2023, a bilateral military exercise between Australia and the United States, aboard HMAS Canberra, at Garden Island Defence Precinct.
