In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC QC, Governor of New South Wales, and Mr Dennis Wilson toured the Narran Lake Nature Reserve.

In the afternoon, the Governor and Mr Wilson visited Goodooga Central School. Afterwards, the Vice-Regal couple met with members of the Goodooga Local Aboriginal Land Council.

Later in the afternoon the Vice-Regal couple visited the Goodooga Artesian Springs, in Goodooga, before returning to Sydney.
