At the Cure Cancer Researcher of the Year 2025 Awards, five extraordinary people were recognised for their contributions to cancer research, whether through fundraising and advocacy, or through their groundbreaking research that expands our understanding of cancer and its development, enhances early detection and treatment options, and moves us ever closer to finding a cure.
Associate Professor Shuai Li was announced as Cure Cancer Researcher of the Year 2025, with Dr Mohamed Saad and Dr Heather Murray as runners-up.
Eddy Agcaoili and Chef Adam Moore were presented with Cure Cancer Inspire Awards for their years of committed fundraising efforts and support of Cure Cancer.
