In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, and Mr Dennis Wilson visited the Cantonese Opera Institute of Foshan and toured the Foshan Ancestral Temple, as guests of the Guangdong Provincial Government.

Afterwards, the Vice Regal couple attended a luncheon hosted by Bai Tao, Mayor of Foshan City, at the Municipal Government Building.

In the afternoon, the Governor and Mr Wilson toured the Nanfeng Ancient Kiln.

In the evening, Her Excellency and Mr Wilson visited the NSW Trade delegation during their business matching sessions with Guangdong counterparts, at the Park Hyatt Hotel, in Guangzhou.

Subsequently, the Governor attended the ‘Friends of NSW’ Reception, hosted by the NSW Government, at the Park Hyatt.

Late in the evening, the Governor and Mr Wilson transferred by road to Hong Kong.

In the afternoon, His Excellency the Honourable Andrew Bell, Lieutenant-Governor of New South Wales, hosted afternoon Tea for the Finalists and Families of the Parliament of NSW 2025 Regional Public Speaking Competition, at Government House.
