In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, and Mr Dennis Wilson toured the farm, cotton gin and warehouse facilities at Australian Food and Fibre, in Warren. Afterwards, the Vice-Regal couple met with the Mayor, councillors, and staff of the Warren Shire Council, at the Warren Shire Council Community Room.

Following a driving tour of Warren and a tour of the Warren Museum and Art Gallery, the Governor and Mr Wilson attended a Warren Shire Mayoral Community Lunch, held at the Gallery.

In the afternoon, Her Excellency and Mr Wilson visited Outback Arts Gallery, in Coonamble, and toured the Waste2Art Exhibition and the Material Girls Quilt Exhibition.

Later in the afternoon, the Vice-Regal couple engaged with the young people of Coonamble, at a Coonamble Shire Youth Reception, at McCullough Hall, Coonamble, before attending a Coonamble Shire Civic Reception, held at the Plaza Theatre, in Coonamble.
