In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, and Mr Dennis Wilson travelled to the Orana region to commence a regional visit.

Later in the morning, the Governor and Mr Wilson met with the Mayor, councillors and staff of Narromine Shire Council, at the Council Chambers in Narromine. Afterwards, they visited Narromine High School where they toured the Wellbeing Hub, engaged with the Agricultural All Roads to the Show Team, and participated in a Q&A session with students.

In the afternoon, Her Excellency and Mr Wilson met with the CEO, youth workers and program participants at LeaderLife Lime Farm, in Narromine. LeaderLife support at-risk youth by providing early intervention programs and long-term employment pathways.

Later in the afternoon, the Vice-Regal couple met with members of the Trangie Local Aboriginal Land Council and toured the Wungunja Cultural Centre, in Trangie.

In the evening, the Governor and Mr Wilson had dinner with the Mayor and General Manager of Warren Shire Council, at the Warren Services Club, in Warren.

In the morning, the Honourable Andrew Bell, Lieutenant-Governor of New South Wales, as deputised by Her Excellency the Governor, presided at a meeting of the Executive Council, at Government House.
