The Governor and Mr Wilson spent three days meeting the incredible people doing extraordinary things to connect, support, and celebrate the amazing community in and around Moree.

Engagements included visits to the Dhiiyaan Aboriginal Centre, Chalky's Boxing Gym, and Vitonga Farms' Beela Farm, as well as meeting Moree Secondary College and Toomelah Public School students and staff and members of the Isolated Children's Parents' Association. They also met the wonderful people behind Byamee Support Services and Moree Family Support, heard from Moree Plains Shire Council representatives about local projects and aspirations, visited Gomeroi Men's Shed in Boggabilla, and attended a garden reception with members of Young Aggies Moree.
