In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, presided at a meeting of the Executive Council, at Government House.

Later in the morning, the Governor received Mrs Reem Zahran, Consul-General of the Arab Republic of Egypt, at Government House. 

Afterwards, Her Excellency received Mr Muthanna Kamil Salih Al-Subaihi, Consul-General of the Republic of Iraq, accompanied by Mr Ali Al-Jabiri, Protocol Officer and Translator, Consulate-General of the Republic of Iraq.

In the afternoon, the Governor and Mr Dennis Wilson received Her Excellency Mrs Mirna Khawly, Ambassador of Lebanon, accompanied by Mr Ghassan Abdel Khalek, Spouse, at Government House.

In the evening, Her Excellency and Mr Wilson attended a Dinner to Celebrate 25 Years of Women at St John’s College, at St John’s College, Camperdown.
