In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, accompanied by Mr Dennis Wilson, presented awards at the NSW Women of the Year Awards 2026, at the International Convention Centre, Sydney.

Later in the morning, the Governor and Mr Wilson hosted a Morning Tea for the 2026 NSW Women of the Year Award Finalists, at Government House.

In the afternoon, Her Excellency, as Patron, accompanied by Mr Wilson, attended the 2026 International Women's Day Luncheon Institute of Public Works Engineering (IPWEA) NSW and ACT, at the Member’s Dining Room, NSW Parliament House. For further information, visit: ipwea.org/home
