In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, and Mr Dennis Wilson, commenced their regional visit to the Central West and Orana, visiting, as joint Patrons, the Orange Parkinson's Support Group in Orange. Afterwards, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Wilson, officially opened Wyvern Boarding House and unveiled a commemorative plaque at Kinross Wolaroi School in Orange.
In the afternoon, the Governor and Mr Wilson visited Aril Estate in Mullamuddy.
In the evening, they attended a Mudgee Wine Association Function at the Lowe Family Wine Co in Mudgee.
Concurrently, in the morning, the Honourable Andrew Bell AC, Lieutenant-Governor, as deputised by Her Excellency the Governor, presided at a meeting of the Executive Council, at Government House.
Following this, the Lieutenant-Governor hosted the last of seven visits by Year 12 student leaders participating in the Secondary Schools Student Leadership Programme, at Government House.
