In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, presided at a meeting of the Executive Council, at Government House. 

Afterwards, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Dennis Wilson, attended a Ceremonial Welcome, followed by a State Luncheon, for His Excellency Prabowo Subianto, President of the Republic of Indonesia, at Admiralty House.

In the early evening, Her Excellency, accompanied by Mr Wilson, opened the Spring – Summer Exhibition of Fine Australian and International Art, at Justin Miller Art Gallery, Paddington.

Later, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Wilson, delivered an address at an event to mark the 80th Anniversary of the Cerebral Palsy Alliance, at the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia.
