In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, planted a Nyssa sylvatica (Tupelo) tree in the grounds of Government House in commemoration of the centenary of the birth of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
