Following this, the Governor received Ms Charmaine Rowena Aviquivil, Consul-General of the Philippines, for a farewell call, at Government House.

In the afternoon, Her Excellency hosted the third of seven visits by student groups across NSW participating in the Secondary Schools Student Leadership Program, at Government House.

Afterwards, the Governor hosted an afternoon tea for Professor Sir Rick Trainor KBE, Warden of Rhodes House and CEO of The Rhodes Trust, and members of the Australian Rhodes Scholarship Secretariat, at Government House.

In the evening, Her Excellency and Mr Dennis Wilson attended the annual NSW Consular Corps Dinner, at the Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron, Kirribilli.
