In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, attended a Gunnedah District Chamber of Commerce and Industry Breakfast, at Club Gunnedah, before touring the Mackellar Centre, where she met members of the Dorothea Mackellar Memorial Society. 

Following this, the Governor joined members of the Gunnedah and Quirindi Branches of the Country Women’s Association (CWA) and Multicultural Women’s Association (MWA), at the Gunnedah CWA Rooms. For further information, visit: cwaofnsw.org.au 

In the afternoon, Her Excellency laid a wreath to commemorate United Nations Day, at the ANZAC Memorial, Tamworth.
