In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, presided at a meeting of the Executive Council, at Government House.

Afterwards, the Governor received Dr Rima Karami, Minister of Education and Higher Education, Republic of Lebanon; Dr Imad Baalbaki, Senior Vice President, Advancement and Business Development, American University of Beirut and Dr Salma Oueida, Associate Vice President, Development and Alumni Relations, American University of Beirut, at Government House.

Subsequently, Her Excellency received Her Excellency Dame Sarah Macintosh DCMG, High Commissioner for the United Kingdom, and Mrs Louise Cantillon, Consul-General of the United Kingdom, accompanied by Ms Rachael Stubbins, First Secretary to the High Commissioner, at Government House.

Later, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Dennis Wilson, visited the NSW Government stand at the Indo-Pacific Sea Power Conference 2025, part of the International Maritime Exposition, at the International Conference Centre Sydney.
