In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, laid the first wreath at the Vietnam Veterans’ Day Commemoration Service, at The Cenotaph, Martin Place.

In the afternoon, the Governor received Mr Md. Shakhawat Hossain, Consul-General of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, at Government House.
