Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, attended a Ceremonial Sitting of the High Court of Australia for the Late Sir Anthony Mason AC KBE KC, followed by afternoon tea at the High Court of Australia in Canberra.

In the evening, the Governor returned to Sydney, and reassumed the Administration of the Government of New South Wales.
