In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, accompanied by Mr Dennis Wilson, attended a Lunch at the Consulate residence of Mr Osamu Yamanaka, Consul-General of Japan, Bellevue Hill. 

In the late afternoon, the Governor presided at a meeting of the Executive Council, at Government House.
