In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, and Mr Dennis Wilson, as official guests, led the Step Out Speak Out 2025 Walk, from Randwick to Coogee, to raise awareness of domestic violence. The annual walk is organised by NSW Police Eastern Beaches Local Area Command and Randwick City Council.  

Afterwards, the Governor and Mr Wilson, as official guests, met staff and students after viewing student artworks and a dance rehearsal, at Gawura School, part of St Andrew’s Cathedral School.  

In the evening, Her Excellency and Mr Wilson attended the Australian Chamber Orchestra’s 50th Anniversary Concert, at the Sydney Opera House.
