In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, accompanied by Mr Dennis Wilson, delivered an address, and laid the first wreath, at the 80^th Anniversary Victory in the Pacific Commemoration Service, at The Cenotaph, Martin Place.

In the afternoon, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Wilson, delivered an address, and laid the first wreath, at a Victory in the Pacific Service at the Kokoda Track Memorial Walkway, Concord West.

In the evening, Her Excellency, accompanied by Mr Wilson, delivered an address, and laid the first wreath, at the Twilight Service Honouring 80 Years Since Victory in the Pacific, at the Anzac Memorial, Sydney.

Following this, the Governor and Mr Wilson attended the Yalari 20^th Anniversary Gala Dinner, at the Hyatt Regency, Sydney.
