Visit to Bellingen and Coffs Harbour

His Excellency General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, and Mrs Linda Hurley visited Bellingen and Coffs Harbour between Thursday the 22nd and Sunday the 25th of February 2018.
In Bellingen the Governor participated in the Sergeant Matthew Locke MG Invitational 3 Ball Ambrose Golf Tournament, and Mrs Hurley attended a Bellingen Public School concert and Bellingen High School workshop and concert. Both attended the League Match between Army Thunder and the Bellingen Magpies, visited the Bellingen Island Reserve, met with the Bellingen Island Reserve Management Committee, and had morning tea with the Bellingen Country Women’s Association, Australian Red Cross, and the Hospital Auxiliary.
In Coffs Harbour the Governor and Mrs Hurley visited Junaa Buwa! Centre for Youth Wellbeing, The Plastic Collective, and attended the Army Band and Coffs Harbour Regional Brass Band performance at Coffs Ex Services Club.
