In the afternoon, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC QC, Governor of New South Wales, received Richard Potok, Chief Executive Officer, and Leila Smith, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, of the Aurora Education Foundation, in the context of a virtual meeting facilitated by Government House.

Later in the afternoon, the Governor, as Honorary Air Commodore of No. 22 (City of Sydney) Squadron, accompanied by Mr Dennis Wilson, presided at the promotion ceremony of Flight Lieutenant Greg Baker-Moss, Aide-de-Camp in Waiting, to the rank of Squadron Leader, at Government House.
