In the morning, His Excellency General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, accompanied by Mrs Linda Hurley, received Ms Sharon Hudson-Dean, Consul-General of the United States of America, at Government House Sydney.
Subsequently, the Governor, accompanied by Mrs Hurley, received Mr Peter Silberberg, Consul-General of the Federal Republic of Germany, accompanied by Mrs Frauke Silberberg. His Excellency then received Mr Lawrence Buhagiar, Consul-General of the Republic of Malta.
In the afternoon, the Governor hosted a luncheon for Mr Michael Sexton, NSW Solicitor General, and Mrs Annette O’Callaghan, Parliamentary Counsel, at Government House Sydney.
Later in the afternoon, His Excellency received Ms Janine Kirk, of the Prince’s Trust Australia.
In the evening, the Governor and Mrs Hurley attended a dinner for the NSW Masonic Club 125th Birthday Celebrations, at the NSW Masonic Club.
