In the afternoon, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, and Mr Dennis Wilson attended a luncheon hosted by Mr Osamu Yamanaka, Consul-General of Japan, at the Consul-General’s residence in Bellevue Hill.

In the evening, the Governor hosted a Reception for the Rhodes Scholarship Selection Committee and Scholarship Candidates, at Government House.

Concurrently, representing Her Excellency the Governor, Colonel Michael Miller LVO RFD, Official Secretary to the Governor of New South Wales, attended a Reception to Celebrate the 77th Anniversary of the People’s Republic of China, at the Consulate-General of the People’s Republic of China, Camperdown.
